Refund, trial, and cancellation terms for 3Warranty
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, free trials, cancellations, and billing matters are handled for MOON COMPUTERING ENTERPRISE (001755509-K) operating under the brand 3Warranty (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Free trial
We may offer a free trial for selected plans or services. If a free trial is offered, its duration, features, and eligibility will be stated on our website or during sign-up.
- Trial access may be limited to certain features, storage, bandwidth, or support levels.
- We may change, suspend, or withdraw trial offers at any time.
- Abuse of trial offers, including repeated sign-ups for the same business, may result in suspension or rejection.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If your plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your first successful payment for that eligible plan.
- The refund request must be submitted by email to hello@3warranty.com.
- The request should include your account email, business name, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase of an eligible plan, unless we state otherwise.
- Renewals, add-ons, custom work, migration services, setup fees, domain fees, and third-party charges are not covered unless expressly stated.
3. Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed by us in writing:
- Renewal payments after the initial eligible refund period
- Custom development, tailor-made integrations, or special feature requests
- Domain name registration, transfer, renewal, or external service charges
- One-time setup, migration, training, or consultation services already performed
- Charges caused by misuse, policy violation, or unlawful use of the service
4. Refund conditions
To qualify for a refund, your account must be in good standing and not involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, illegal activity, or serious violation of our Terms of Service.
- We may request basic information to verify ownership of the account and payment.
- We may reject refund requests that are incomplete, misleading, abusive, or outside the stated refund period.
- If a refund is approved, access to the related paid service may be downgraded, suspended, or terminated.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or choose not to renew at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made unless your purchase qualifies under this Refund Policy.
- After cancellation, your account may remain accessible until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
- We may delete or archive account data after a reasonable retention period, subject to our internal policies and legal requirements.
6. Refund processing time
If your refund is approved, we will generally process it within a reasonable time. The actual time for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
- Refunds are usually returned through the original payment method where possible.
